Return and refund policy
At The Rustic Revival Co., we take pride in crafting high-quality, natural products. Due to the nature of our beef tallow moisturizer, we only offer refunds or replacements in the event that a product is damaged during shipping.

1) Photo proof of damage: You must provide clear photos of the damaged items and the packaging within 7 days of receiving your order.
2) Contact us: Please reach out to our customer service team at: customerservice@therusticrevivalco.com with your order number and the photos of the damaged shipment.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons related to personal preference. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for researching whether they are right for you before completing your order. Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos
